How to Play First Person American Roulette

First Person American Roulette is a version of the classic casino table game. The main goal of playing is to try to guess where the ball will land on the roulette wheel. In this version, you can flip between a virtual roulette table and a live version.

To get started, select a chip from the bottom of the screen by clicking on it. Next, select the area of the betting table you wish to bet on. Clicking on it will place a chip on the table. Click again to place a chip of the same value. Otherwise, go back and select a different chip. You can place chips in any order on the table, providing you have enough cash in your balance and do not exceed the game’s betting limit.

You can use the clear button (the arrow forming an anticlockwise half-circle) to remove chips from the betting table and start over.

You can use the 2X button to instantly double all chips that have been placed on the table.

Once satisfied with your bet choice, use the game’s SPIN button. This will confirm your selection and the game will begin.

The roulette ball will be released onto the wheel. Results will be declared when the ball comes to rest. Your winnings (if applicable) will be displayed and paid immediately.

Once the game round ends, buttons will appear to offer the following options:

REBET – place the same bets as the previous round. This button will change to SPIN once your selections have been made.

REBET & SPIN – place the same bets as the previous round, confirm, and automatically start the next round.

DOUBLE & SPIN – double all bets that were placed in the previous round, confirm, and automatically start the next round.

Payout awards are determined by the classic rules of American roulette. The payouts are evaluated based on how your chips were placed on the table. The roulette payouts can be viewed by selecting the menu button (?) on the top right, followed by PAYOUTS.

The payouts are split into 2 categories: Inside Bets and Outside Bets.

Inside Bets

Straight Up = 35 to 1. This is a bet on an individual number, e.g., 31 or 7.

Split = 17 to 1. This is a bet on 2 adjacent numbers at the same time, e.g., 4 & 5. Place the chip on the line between the 2 numbers you wish to bet on.

Street = 11 to 1. This is a bet on 3 adjacent numbers at the same time, e.g., 22, 23 & 24. Place the chip on the outside line of the lower value number (22 in this example).

Corner Bet = 8 to 1. This is a bet on 4 adjacent numbers at the same time, e.g., 8, 9, 11 & 12. Place the chip on the cross intersection point of all 4 numbers.

Five Bet = 6 to 1. This is a bet on the numbers 0, 00, 1, 2 & 3. Place the chip on the corner line where 0 meets 1 on the betting table.

Line Bet = 5 to 1. This is a bet on 6 adjacent numbers on 2 rows, e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Place the chip on the intersection between the 2 lower value numbers on the table, e.g., 1 & 4.

Outside Bets

Column Bet = 2 to 1. This is a bet on 1 of the columns of 12 numbers, e.g., 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 & 34. Place the chip on the area marked 2 to 1 to the right of the column of numbers.

Dozen Bet = 2 to 1. This is a bet on a tranche of a dozen numbers, e.g., 1-12. Place the chip on the area marked 1st 12, 2nd 12, or 3rd 12.

Red/Black = 1 to 1. This is a bet on the ball landing on a red or black number. Place the chip on a square with a red or black diamond.

Even/Odd = 1 to 1. This is a bet on the ball landing on an odd or even number. Place a chip on a square marked ODD or EVEN.

1-18/19-36 = 1 to 1. This is a bet on the ball landing on any of the first 18 numbers or the second 18 numbers. Place the chip on the square marked 1-18 or 19-36.

The Racetrack is located on the top of the screen. This allows you to place special patterns of bets called Neighbor Bets. The racetrack reflects the layout of the numbers on the wheel rather than the linear numerical sequences on the betting table. Hover the mouse over the racetrack to choose a betting pattern.

You can use the star button to save your favourite bets/betting patterns. Selecting the star button will open a menu showing up to 30 saved bets.

The statistics button (represented by a graph) is located next to the favourites button. It provides stats on previous rounds, including hot and cold numbers.

The GO LIVE button allows you to change First Person American Roulette from a virtual game to a live dealer game. Once you press the button, a message will pop up asking you to Play Roulette with a Live Dealer Now. Select YES or NO as desired. You will be moved to the American Roulette Live room.
